Free Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping. However, there are certain locations we are unable to ship to. If your country is affected, we will contact you directly.

 

 


 

 

Lost or Missing Packages


Luhxe is not responsible for lost or missing packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


If an error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost.

 

 


 

 

Incorrect Address Policy



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable



If the package is still in transit and marked undeliverable, rerouting is possible with a $20 reshipping fee.

 

 


 

 

P.O. Box Address Policy


We do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses, as some of our shipping partners do not support delivery to these locations.



  • Customers assume full responsibility for delivery issues when using a P.O. Box

  • We are not liable for lost, missing, or undelivered packages

  • No refunds or reshipments will be provided for failed deliveries to P.O. Boxes

Tracking Information


You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Delivery Policy


Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility is transferred to the logistics provider.



  • If tracking shows Delivered, we are no longer liable for missing packages

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package

  • If marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier and check with neighbors or your local post office
